Shop Policies
Shipping
Shipping is different for each item and the highest shipping amount is what will be provided at check out. We strive to make shipping as affordable as possible. As shipping rates increase, shippings amounts may be subject to change.
Shipping can be slightly altered after purchase but will never be more than agreed amount at the time of purchase. Difference will be refunded at processing.
Refunds
Buyer pays shipping for return items to receive a full refund. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make sure to make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted on only un-used and unprocessed materials. We understand sometimes issues happen and will do our best to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
Raw Material
The Buzzard Farm sells raw materials. We do not wash or sanitize these materials. They are labeled as such and should be handled so upon arrival.
